MOVIELINK uses Supabase to store account email addresses, authentication records, favorites, saved titles, and watch history. Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Passwords are managed by Supabase Auth and are never stored in the MOVIELINK profile table.

Playing a trailer connects your browser to YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed service. Poster and backdrop requests connect to TMDB or the operator’s Supabase storage. Those providers may receive your IP address and browser information.

The application uses hashed request identifiers for rate limiting and does not include advertising or analytics trackers by default. Hosting and authentication providers may retain their own operational logs.

You can remove saved titles and favorites on title pages and clear watch history in your profile. Account deletion and other data requests require contacting the deployment operator. Before launching, the operator must publish their identity, contact details, applicable retention periods, and a process for handling privacy requests.

This notice describes the application’s default behavior and must be adapted to the operator’s deployment.
